Education is the vehicle to consistent officiating throughout the CBOA. When all officials are up-to-date on rules, mechanics, and the art of officiating, the quality of our work improves tremendously. The Education Chair ensures that developing and maintaining skills is a meaningful and enjoyable experience. They coordinate a comprehensive training system, beginning with Rookie Clinics for new officials as well as seminars throughout the season for all officials. As a CBOA member, you contribute to the association's education through your willingness to share experiences, asking questions, and suggesting topics for exploration.
